Simon Juska AIA

Director

Simon Juska has managed all phases of project design, including programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. He has worked on a broad range of project types, including residential, institutional, educational, office, justice, and retail. He specializes in high-rise residential projects.

Simon has served as project architect for several large-scale projects in Chicago, including 200 North Michigan Avenue, 73 East Lake Street, the McClurg Court Center Renovation, and The Fairbanks at City Front Plaza. In addition, he has extensive experience as a member of the design teams of the Hanover Greenwater tower in Austin, Texas, the Hanover Post Oak tower in Houston, Texas, and the Burj Dubai Plot 34 tower in Dubai, UAE.

Simon earned a bachelor’s in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois. For the past eight years, he has participated in the Rebuilding Together nationwide charity project, serving as a House Captain for the annual AIA Chicago Chapter sponsored house.
