Coast at Lakeshore East, the apartment tower designed by bKL, has broken ground. Almost all of the project's 75 caissons have been constructed on the site at 345 E. Wacker Drive. These are exciting first steps toward completing the 49-story tower, which has a targeted first occupancy of February 2013.
