Washington Park National Bank redevelopment received approval from the City Council’s Committee on Zoning, Landmarks and Building Standards. The new hybrid design proposed by bKL Architecture will preserve two original facades and introduce new office, retail, co-working, outdoor and food hall spaces for the Woodlawn community.
