Crain’s Chicago Business shared details on a recent proposal for a mixed-use high-rise at 1300 W. Lake St, Chicago. The new 93-story tower, designed by bKL Architecture and developed by Loukas Development, would be among the tallest buildings in the rapidly expanding Fulton Market District.
