bKL is excited to announce that GEMS World Academy, Lower School received a 2016 AIA Illinois Honor Award Citation of Merit in the Mies van der Rohe category for overall concept design or detail!

A ceremony and short reception took place at GEMS on Thursday, October 6. Two hundred GEMS students attended the presentation and learned about their school's design and sustainability efforts.
