Construction progresses at bKL's 34 story 165 W. Superior residential tower. The building is bordered on the north by Superior Street, on the east by LaSalle Street, and on the west by Wells Street, where it is set back to create a new park that includes extensive landscaping and a dog run that is accessible to the public.
